OOTD – WINE & DINE

Wine and dine (1) Wine and dine (2) Wine and dine (3) wine n dine (4) wine n dine (5)

Just back in my hotel room from dinner with an important client at a restaurant on Southbank, near Crown casino.

We are negotiating with an important client we met earlier in the week thru the Saturday and also early next week so the last minute extension of the business trip means I will be in Melbourne for the weekend. I’ve been asked by my boss to take the client out to wine and dine him tonight. This will hopefully persuade him to seal the deal when we have our meetings again on Monday. These unexpected last minute extension of the business trips usually means I will start running out of nice clothes to wear, which means given it is Sunday tomorrow it will be a mandatory shopping day!

I was lucky I slipped this CUE satin floral racer-neck dress in my luggage before I left home ‘just in case’, thus averting a last minutes crisis where I haven’t got anything nice to wear. Yes, I have recently worn the same dress on NYE, and yes, I really love this dress! I think it’s a really classy looking dress!! I didn’t bring another pair of heels, so this dress will be teamed with my Ferragamo heels, classic nude French-style pantyhose, and a conservative adornment of a simple and matching set of pearl necklace, bracelet and earrings combination.

The client is taking me out to a bar for some drinks so once I refresh myself with a touch-up of my make-up and pick up my jacket in my room, I’ll be off again. Finger’s crossed the wine and dine will help seal the deal on Monday! 😉
